1. Tell Council that you support long term planning for City Stables. Continue to write, e-mail and phone.
With the stable assured a future of only 6 months to a year, there is still much to be done. MEPS will continue to advocate for long term planning for the facility. We want the facility to be restored and renovated and returned to full use as a riding, teaching, training and boarding stable with diverse outreach programs for the public including programs for inner city and at risk youth.

5. Help launch and deliver MEPS programs
Pledges to the Program Fund will be used to help deliver quality public programs. They may also serve to underwrite low, or no cost programs for Oakland youth who qualify. Be sure to specify "programs only" on your pledge/donation.
